my first time at royal was very comfortable and I had great service from the owner. I explained to her that my previous experiences at other salons weren't great due to poor services & mean attitudes etc... and she seemed very understanding of that and made sure I got the best service!! hopefully this turns out to be the place for me to keep coming back because she is very nice and my wash n set (type 4c hair) came out very nice. 😊

I moved to Connecticut in the Greenwich area four years and a half ago and I was looking for a Jamaican restaurant that did good hair like I’m used to with Washington Heights or the Bronx. Fortunately, I came across these people, Mayra, and so hey, who did my hair and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely bring my daughter for a deep conditioning and blowout because I’m very happy with how she did. My own hair. Definitely will be coming back..

This is the best Dominican salon! Mayra is fantastic. I get a wash and set and it looks so smooth, with body and shine. It lasts 10 days at least. She has a beautiful salon and does nails and parties too.

I had the absolute best experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere immediately made me feel comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find a place where you feel that appreciated as a customer, but this salon truly exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and an amazing overall experience.
